6. Service Downtime & Maintenance
IPTV Pro Panel does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Temporary outages, maintenance, or third-party server issues do not qualify for refunds, credits, or compensation.
7. Responsibility of the Reseller
As a reseller:
You are responsible for managing your customers and subscriptions
You are responsible for refund requests from your own end users
IPTV Pro Panel is not responsible for reseller–end-user disputes

Contact our support team within 24 hours of the transaction
Provide your order ID, transaction details, and explanation
